Rachel has been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years and started her career as

a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She grew up in Morris County & relocated to Sussex County about four years ago.


For the majority of her career she held the position of Group Fitness Director & Pilates Program Director of two large prestigious fitness centers in Morris County. Having taught

over a thousand fitness classes and the privilege to work at some of NYC and NJ’s elite fitness studios her passion for teaching group fitness continued to grow. Certifications are NASM & NCSF certified personal trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, STOTT Pilates Mat 1 & 2 and Pilates Reformer Instructor and also Barre, Kickboxing, Zumba, will power & grace and MADD Dog Spinning.


When Rachel isn’t working her free time

is spent hiking, running, and spending time with her dogs. She loves the idea of helping others improve their quality of life through fitness one hour at a time!
