Melissa is a 200 Hour E-RYT and has practiced and taught many forms of yoga including, Vinyasa Flow, Power Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt and Gentle Vinyasa at several studios and gyms in NJ. In addition, she is certified in and love teaching Barre Above and Balletone as well as teaching Tabata, Intervals and Sculpt formats.  Fitness has been my passion her entire adult life and  there’s nothing better than sharing that love with others!
