Liz

Liz started her fitness journey after having her second son and is a firm believer it is never too late to try something new.

From running ultra marathons to Spartan races Liz has a love for all types of fitness. She has a passion for always learning something new to help broaden herself and others. Currently she is taking courses Metabolic Makeover, Cardio for Fitness, Cardio for Performance and Deep Dive into Plant Based Diets. Liz is also the lunch lady at Stillwater Elementary school and in her spare time loves running around and staying active with her 2 boys!
