Ron Casteel has been a spin instructor for the past four years

and has instructed at several area gyms and presently instructs are the YMCA in Hardyston and now Fitness Haven.

 

Ron retired from the Sparta Township Police Department after 25 years of service but still works part time

as a firearms instructor.

 

Ron and his wife Patricia have been married for 38 years. They have two children and four grandchildren. They enjoy hiking and physical fitness.
