Lauren grew up participating in sports such as gymnastics, cheerleading, and track & field. Her love for physical activity coupled with a passion for wellness led Lauren to pursue her Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Food Science and became a Registered Dietitian. Currently, Lauren is completing her Master's of Science in Nutrition with a concentration in Sports Nutrition. Lauren holds a certificate in personal training through ACE and in group fitness through AFAA. Some of Lauren's athletic accomplishments include a marathon, several half-marathons, and triathlons. Lauren's favorite forms of exercise include HIIT sessions, weight lifting, and paddle-boarding around the lake.
